From February 18, 2019 – February 24, 2019 we are praying and fasting 12 hours per day (6am – 6pm) only drinking water. Of course, if you need to eat to take medication, please do so.
The areas of focus for this fast come from the Explore God series which was discussed in the Community Groups of World Deliverance Christian Center and preached on Sunday’s at the church titled: Keep It 100: The 7 Questions You Always Wanted To Ask. One of the 7 questions will serve as the focus each day. You do not need to have been in a group discussion or heard one of the sermons to participate in this fast. You do, however, need to be open and willing to listen to the voice of God as you pray and read each of the Bible verses listed below. The Spirit of God always desires to speak to those who are open, vulnerable and transparent.
Day 1: February 18, 2019
Question of the day: “Does Life Have a Purpose?”
Consider the following statements and read the verses associated with each of them as you fast today:
